Total Solutions:  This is the complete receivables solution for all of the delinquencies in an association.  No matter how many delinquencies, HOA Receivables will pursue all of them.  HOA Receivables can collect all of the assessments, only the delinquent assessments, or any part thereof.

Bridge the Gap:  This solution is perfect for management companies and associations that already have an internal delinquency resolution process in place.  If the debtor still does not pay after your process has been exhausted, HOA Receivables can fully supplement your efforts with extra measures to entice payment.

Assessment Recovery:  This solution combines the need for a broad based recovery effort at no expense.  While there is no monthly fee, the association does forfeit any non-assessment fees charged to the debtor’s ledger.  The association is guaranteed that their assessments will be the first disbursement from any proceeds.

Loss Mitigation:  Unfortunately, there comes a point in which a debtor simply cannot or will not pay.  HOA Receivables developed this solution to assist associations in mitigating any losses associated with foreclosing on a lien.  HOA Receivables will be responsible for all costs associated with the foreclosure and disposition of the property.  The association is guaranteed to recover some, if not all, of their delinquent assessments, costs, fines, fees, and late charges.
